Matt Wetzel

Director of Sports Outreach

Matt Wetzel is the Sports Outreach Director at CrossRoad’s Sports. He has been serving in the Sports Director role since March of 2020. Matt grew up in Wisconsin and attended a small university outside of Madison, WI where he was a two sports athlete in Football and Men’s Volleyball. After finishing college, he moved to NC and commissioned into the North Carolina National Guard as an officer in the Corp of Engineers.

 Outside of working Matt is a die-hard Penn State and Green Bay Packer football fan and he also coaches football at a local highschool! In his spare time Matt enjoy woodworking, house projects and playing as much golf as he can.

 Shortly after moving to NC, Matt met his wife Tiffany and two of them got married in April of 2019. They currently live in South Raleigh with their puppy Nittany Rose!

Justin Hollabaugh

Director of Sports Marketing

Justin Hollabaugh is the Director of Sports Marketing at Crossroad's Sports. He has been serving in the Marketing Director role since March of 2020. Previously, he was an assistant director. Justin grew up in Forth Worth, Texas. He graduated from Colorado Christian with a Bachelor's in Communications. After college, Justin went to The West Institute in Laramie, Wyoming. The West Institute is a 1 year Master's program centered around theology and discipleship. Justin met his wife, Kayla, in Laramie while serving at the local college ministry. 

Justin and Kayla moved out to North Carolina in 2017 to complete a Master's of Divinity degree at Shepherd's Theological Seminary. In 2019, Justin graduated with his Master's of Divinity. Justin and Kayla had their first child, Ransom, in 2019. 

Outside of working, Justin enjoys all Dallas sports teams (cowboys, mavericks, rangers)! Justin also enjoys traveling with his wife, eating at local food spots, playing with his son, and reading and writing. Justin loves serving at the Shepherd's Church by teaching in his ABF and Route 66, a 1 year study through the bible. 

 

 

Dylan Benner

Field Attendant

Dylan is a college student who is currently enrolled at Wake Tech Community College working toward a degree for Graphic Design. Dylan is originally from Philadelphia but has lived in the Raleigh area for the majority of his life. 

Dylan appreciates the outdoors, good food, movies, and quality time with friends and family. As Dylan has grown older, God has given him a sincere passion for helping others who in need and he will continue to look for where and who God leads him to.
