Crossroads Chess Club

For ages 7–12. No experience required!

Chess is a timeless game that bridges cultures and language barriers, and engages hundreds of millions of players around the globe.

The Crossroads Chess Club introduces new players to the fundamentals of chess, strategy, and critical thinking, in a fun and supportive environment. Like our other sports, our chess program emphasizes good sportsmanship, biblical truth, and Christian character.

Each session will include a lesson on chess strategy, a biblical lesson, and time for gameplay.

Details:

• When: Tuesdays, 5:30–7:00pm
• Dates: September 2nd through October 28th
• Where: The Shepherd’s Church, 6051 Tron Road, Cary, North Carolina
• Cost: $60 per participant.
• Who: Children aged 7–12. All levels of Chess experience are welcome.
